Virtual university town hall session held for June
A virtual town hall was held at 2 p.m. on Thurs., June 17.
Topics included a variety of university updates including: FY2022 budget, enrollment, campus response to COVID-19 for fall, facilities projects and more.
Presenters included Dr. Dean Van Galen, MSSU president; Mr. Rob Yust, vice president for business affairs; and Ms. Lorinda Hackett, interim dean of the colleges of health sciences and education.

In order to maintain communication with all employees and keep appropriate social distancing practices in place, Missouri Southern administration has offered virtual town halls as a way to address issues of interest to campus. Town Hall sessions have addressed issues relating to the FY2021 budget, COVID-19 procedures and a general state of the university. All campus employees are encouraged to attend these sessions via Zoom and to submit questions that can be addressed live by the participants. For those unable to attend, the sessions are recorded and have been archived below.
